Child
and Family Teams
Child and Family Teams are multi-disciplinary teams which
include all stakeholders in a child’s life. Each team
identifies the family’s strengths and develops an
individualized plan to achieve the family’s goals in the
context of their home, which allows the child to be treated in the
least restrictive environment.
Home-Based
Service Programs
Intensive home-based programs work with the entire family to
prevent unnecessary out-of home placement of a child. These programs
exist in Three Points, Tucson, on the Tohono O’dham
Reservation, and in other small communities in Southern Arizona.
Independent

and group learning experiences.
